Increase your awareness of opportunities to serve others today. As a family, perhaps over that dinner you share together (see yesterday’s post), make a family thankful list. Ask yourself the following questions:

What are we thankful for?

How have we seen God work in our lives over this past year?

How do these items make us more willing to share our thankfulness with others?

Take your list and post it on the refrigerator door so that you will see it every day.

Give thanks to the Lord for he is good. He love endures forever. (Psalm 136.1.)

Other Ideas

•If someone or something someone has done is on your list, then you can serve them by sending them a card or note thanking them for their service to you.
